Reserve A Side of Grass Fed Beef

Yes - we sell sides of beef! And quarters too (half a side).

Sides and quarters are available year-round, however, processing, dry-aging and custom cutting require at least 4 weeks lead time. You can book in for the next available side of beef (or quarter) by paying a whole beef reservation fee. Final pricing is based on the hanging weight of the side and will be due prior to or upon pick-up/delivery.

You'll be prompted to complete a custom cutting form when you pay the reservation fee. You have the option to skip for now and complete later.

Once we receive your payment, we'll be in touch to let you know when you can expect to receive your beef. The reservation fee will be discounted from the final order price. Please note that reservation fees are non-refundable.
